4 Equally Sized Master Bedroom Suites
Each of our four master bedrooms have a split air conditioning unit, a king size bed, Wi-Fi, wall mounted HD smart TV, en-suite bathroom (toilet and easy step in shower) with two washbowls, spacious walk-in closets, private balcony, Alexa dot speaker and digital radio alarm clock.
Bonus Room
The fifth bedroom, a recent addition, is located on the pool side of the villa, on the lower level. The bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk on top, en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
Studio Apartment
A modest, air conditioned, fully equipped and furnished studio apartment is also available. The separate entranced studio is ideal for teenagers, a nanny or overflow guests.
Infinity Edge Solar Heated Pool
Enjoy harbor, town, sunrise and sunset vistas from the infinity pool. Wi-fi, Sonos sound system, smart TVs are also available in the pool area. The pool is surrounded by large chase lounge chairs. Watch rainbows, cruise ships arrivals and sundown departures, Carnival fireworks and yachts sail around the harbor from the terrace and pool area.
Gourmet Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 burner Viking gas stove and oven, a French style refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and much more. It also has a breakfast nook overlooking the pool and harbor.
Open Floor Plan Living Room
The living room is a comfortable seating area with 25 ft. high ceilings good for lounging or leisure reading while listening to your favorite music playing on the Sonos sound system.
Indoor and Outdoor Dining Options
The indoor dining room table accommodates eight adults in addition to the two outside eight seat dining areas on the 75 ft. long veranda, including a picnic table.
Terrance
An expansive terrace provides room for multiple seating areas, perfect for celebrations like weddings, birthdays or corporate retreats. There is a large grill, a picnic table and several enchanting seating pockets...wrapped in lush gardens of bamboo, birds of paradise, and dotted with orchids. Wi-fi is available throughout the villa as well as on the terrace.
Wet Bar
There is a wet bar (ice maker, wine cooler, wine rack & sink) which can be made accessible from the outdoor terrace and pool areas with a push of a button.
Media Room
The media room area is located on the upper level of Outrigger Villa and equipped with a big screen HDTV with satellite and blu-ray / DVD player.
