Outrigger Villa is located on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands in an exclusive residential area and has its own private electronic gated entrance with a spacious parking area which can accommodate up to 6 cars.

Large Estate
The 1.05 acre property was bought by the builder in 2008 and almost immediately native trees & flowers were planted in the perimeter. Our guests are able to enjoy fruit trees: papayas, bananas, passion fruit, lime, starfruit, and seasonal mangoes. Many of the trees are labeled.

The media room area is located on the upper level of Outrigger Villa and equipped with a big screen HDTV with satellite & Blu- Ray / DVD player.

Professionally Designed and Constructed
Construction of Outrigger Villa, began in 2012 and completed in 2013. A lot of thought and planning was put into the building process. Renowned Caribbean architect Michael Helm and interior designer Twila Wilson teamed up to design the indoor outdoor spaces. Caribbean breezes will flow keeping the house at a comfortable cool temperature.
